A leading Welding Training Institute is looking for Tele Counsellors to join our admissions team.

Position: Tele Counsellor
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary: Attractive salary + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
- Follow up with prospective student leads
- Coordinate with training departments for admissions and batch scheduling
- Maintain admission records
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Ensure timely communication with students and parents

Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Robust organizational and coordination abilities
- Target-oriented approach

Candidates with experience in education, training institutes, admissions, tele calling, or counselling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
