The Manager - Sales will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence through effective management of partners, distributors and dealers. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue recent business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market reach and penetration. Explore markets and customer segments to drive sales growth and revenue diversification.

Sales Planning and Strategy: Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Identify key market segments, customer needs and competitive landscape to formulate effective sales strategies and tactics.

Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners, including fabricators, distributors, dealers,



contractors and architects to drive sales and revenue growth. Provide support, training and resources to partners to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness in promoting and selling aluminium systems products.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of partners against sales targets, KPIs and objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Sales Enablement and Support: Provide sales support and enablement resources to channel partners, including sales training, product demonstrations, marketing collateral and technical support. Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and facilitate smooth sales processes.
