About the Role :

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager Enterprise AI & Transformation to spearhead new business acquisition across the India and US markets.

This is a hunter role for an accomplished enterprise technology sales professional who can identify high-potential accounts, engage CXO-level decision-makers,



create opportunities from scratch and convert them into revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex technology, software, cloud, ERP, AI or digital transformation solutions and the ability to understand a client's business challenges and map them to the right PrimeSoft solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across India and US markets.
- Independently identify, research and prospect target accounts through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, account-based prospecting, networking, referrals and industry events.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Identify business and technology challenges that can be addressed through Enterprise Transformation and Agentic AI.
- Engage with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, Heads of Engineering, Technology, Digital Transformation, IT, Operations and Product.
