Job Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven
Sales & Project/R&D; Testing Coordinator
to develop business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

The role combines
B2B business development, sales, client relationship management, technical coordination, and project coordination
. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying relevant pharmaceutical testing and R&D; opportunities, coordinating with internal technical teams and laboratories, and converting opportunities into revenue.

The ideal candidate should have experience in
pharmaceutical sales, analytical testing services, CRO/CDMO, pharmaceutical R&D;, laboratory services, or related life sciences businesses
.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, R&D; teams, QA/QC teams, manufacturing organizations, and procurement teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate testing, analytical,



R&D;, QA, or regulatory support services.
- Coordinate with technical, R&D;, laboratory, and project teams to understand feasibility, timelines, and requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, commercial discussions, and project documentation.
- Manage prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate projects from initial client requirement through testing/service delivery and closure.
- Maintain and manage a solid sales pipeline.
- Track leads, opportunities, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
- Develop repeat business and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, proposals, and project status.
