JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a
Digital Textile Print Designer
with hands-on experience in
Women’s Ethnic Wear
. The candidate should have strong expertise in developing commercial digital prints for
Kaftans, Dupattas, Sarees, Salwar Suit Sets, Kurtas/Kurtis, and other ethnic garments
.

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Women’s Ethnic Wear Digital Print experience is mandatory.

Candidates without relevant hands-on experience will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop original digital prints, motifs, patterns, repeats, and placements.
- Create designs based on current fashion trends and brand requirements.
- Work on colorways, layouts, borders, and print placements.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with the production team.
- Manage designs from concept to final output.
- Ensure creativity, accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in Digital Textile Print Design.




- Strong experience in
Women’s Ethnic Wear
.
- Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
.
- Good understanding of textile printing, colors, motifs, repeats, and layouts.
- Knowledge of traditional Indian and contemporary ethnic design aesthetics.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to independently develop fresh, market-relevant designs.

PREFERRED
- Experience with different ethnic-wear fabrics.
- Experience with fashion brands, textile manufacturers, or export houses.
- NIFT, NID, or reputed design institute background.
