Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular skating training sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental and advanced skating techniques, including balance, posture, speed control, turns and stopping.
- Prepare structured training plans, drills and fitness activities.
- Identify talented students and provide advanced coaching for competitive development.
- Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, district and state-level competitions.
- Ensure proper use of helmets, knee guards, elbow guards and other safety equipment.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a secure training environment during every session.
- Monitor and maintain skating equipment and report any safety or maintenance issues.
- Track attendance, student progress and skill development.
- Provide regular feedback and motivate students to improve their performance.
- Coordinate with school authorities, PE teachers and parents when required.
- Assist in sports days, skating demonstrations and school tournaments.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
