Must have:
- Strong experience with Azure/AWS/GCP (any one mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in SaaS application support and cloud operations
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash / PowerShell)
- Experience with Terraform / Ansible / automation tools
- Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) and containerization (Docker, Helm)
- Experience in application upgrades,



cloud migration, and production support
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure production environments

Good to have:
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Experience with databases (Postgres, SQL) for basic troubleshooting
- Exposure to Logic Apps / workflow automation
- Understanding of DevOps and Agile practices
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination
- Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator / Azure DevOps / AWS SysOps / Kubernetes (CKA)
