Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales & Client Relationship Management: Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote Law-Tech products and services. Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
2. Product Expertise & Presentation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Law-Tech’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
3. Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about products, services, pricing, and payment processes.
4. Ethical Sales Practices: Ensure all sales processes align with ethical standards and company policies. Maintain transparency with clients about pricing, terms, and conditions.
5. Transaction Management: Oversee client payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain records of payments and provide regular updates to the finance team.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments,
including marketing and support, to enhance the client experience. Share insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications and Experience: Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in law-based products or services.
