We're expanding our Global Sales Enablement team to fuel the next phase of growth for our US business and we're looking for our next cohort of 2026-2027 MBA graduates to help lead that charge.

The Role We're hiring energetic, well spoken Global Sales Enablement Representatives to support our US sales team. This role is focused exclusively on outbound prospecting, lead qualification,



and booking high quality sales meetings with prospects across the United States. It's an excellent launchpad for early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in US Enterprise Sales, Cloud Technology, and IT Consulting.

What You'll Do
- Research companies and prospects to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based prospects
- Generate interest through cold calling, emailing and social engagement
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria to deliver quality meetings for the US sales team
- Maintain accurate activity logs and reporting
- Partner with US leadership to refine messaging, cadence, and outreach strategy
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach goals with discipline and consistency
- Represent KAPITAL with professionalism, clarity, and strong communication etiquette

Who You Are
- MBA graduate (Class of 2026-2027 encouraged to apply)
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
