About the Role

Tata Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Head – Wealth Management to lead wealth management activities across the assigned territory. The role will focus on managing HNI and Ultra-HNI relationships, driving business growth, strengthening the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand, and achieving cluster-level revenue and AUM targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wealth management, investment products, client relationship management, portfolio management, and team/relationship-manager leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesHNI & Ultra-HNI Relationship Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
- Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and investment requirements.




- Recommend suitable investment and wealth management products.
- Deliver a high-quality and seamless client experience.

Business Development & Growth
- Drive cluster-level revenue, AUM, client acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the wealth client base.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to maximize business opportunities.
- Support the growth and establishment of the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand in the assigned territory.

Investment & Market Analysis
- Research and analyze investment products, financial markets, and economic trends.
- Use market insights to support investment decisions and enhance client portfolios.
- Stay updated on various wealth and investment products available in the market.

Portfolio & Financial Planning
- Guide clients in developing personalized financial plans based on their goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Monitor portfolio performance
