About the Role

Codesolvix Private Limited is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us acquire new clients and bring genuine web and software development projects to the company.

This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in IT services sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or business development and is confident in finding potential clients, pitching services, and converting leads into projects.

The primary responsibility will be bringing new business/projects to Codesolvix.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Contact and communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Present and pitch our web and software development services.




- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying projects.
- Coordinate with our development team to understand project requirements and prepare proposals.
- Meet business development and project acquisition targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- 1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in selling web development, software development, SaaS, mobile apps, or IT services is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently find and approach potential clients.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold email, or other lead-generation platforms is a strong advantage.
