Role & responsibilities

1. New client acquisition (corporate, Institutions, Co Leaving and Co working space, Manufacturing sector etc).
2. Negotiate and close agreements with corporate customers.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads.
5. Achieving sales targets by account mining.
6. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Establish long-term relationships with clients.
7. Ensuring delivery by analyzing performance.
8. Follow up for payments & ensuring timely collections.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions/products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track market trends,



competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
- Identify, develop & manage strategic ties up with (corporates, Institutions, Co Leaving and Co working space,
Manufacturing sector etc.) to grow the business.

• Current client acquisition through proper funneling of prospects.
• Meet and get the sales targets achieved by the team. Should drive Cold Calls, Daily Meeting and Sales for the city.
• Manage and maintain productivity for the entire Sales team.
