The ideal candidate should have robust visual communication skills, a sharp eye for design and trends, and the ability to independently conceptualize and execute high-quality creatives.

Responsiblities:

1. creating engaging digital and offline creatives for our various business verticals, social media platforms, campaigns, events, exhibitions and corporate communications.

2. Create creative and visually appealing social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, standees, posters and marketing collaterals.

3. Develop creatives for all Bharat Group verticals and brands, while maintaining individual brand identities.

4.Conceptualize fresh and innovative design ideas for marketing campaigns, festivals, events, product launches and corporate communication.

5. Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

6. Work closely with the marketing and management teams to understand campaign objectives and convert concepts into strong visual creatives.

7. Create reels, thumbnails,



motion graphics and short-form visual content wherever required.

8.Use AI-powered design and creative tools to generate concepts, visuals and improve creative output.

9. Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, colours, imagery and overall brand guidelines.  Work on urgent and time-sensitive creative requirements while maintaining quality.  Stay updated with latest design trends, AI tools, social media trends and emerging creative formats. Required Skills  4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.  Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe InDesign o Premiere Pro / After Effects would be an added advantage  Strong working knowledge of Canva.  Comfortable working with AI-based creative and design tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
