About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Head Retention & Monetization Analytics Delivery to lead the delivery ofdata-driven retention, CRM, and monetization strategies for leading consumer digital platforms. This rolecombines analytics leadership with business impact. You will own the delivery of retention analytics engagements,helping clients transform transactional and behavioural data into actionable insights that improve userengagement, lifecycle performance, customer lifetime value (LTV), and monetization. Working closely withProduct, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams, you will build scalable retention frameworks, embed AI-drivenautomation into delivery, and ensure analytics programs consistently translate into measurable commercialoutcomes.

Key Requirement:

Retention Strategy & Monetization Analytics
- Build and own end-to-end customer lifecycle frameworks across onboarding, activation, engagement,retention, and monetization.
- Develop cohort models, retention funnels, churn prediction frameworks, and lifecycle segmentationstrategies.




- Deliver actionable insights across web, mobile, loyalty, gamification, and CRM touchpoints that improvecustomer engagement and business performance.
- Design attribution frameworks that clearly measure the business impact of analytics initiatives on KPIssuch as DAU/MAU retention, repeat purchase rate, ARPU, conversion, and LTV:CAC.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and behavioral analytics to improveretention and monetization outcomes.
- Mentor and develop analytics teams into strategic retention and growth consultants.

Analytics Delivery & Client Success
- Lead analytics delivery across multiple enterprise accounts while ensuring exceptional quality andexecution.
- Own client relationships for analytics engagements and act as the trusted advisor on growth and retentionstrategies.
