About the Role
The Professional Services team at Ushur works as a bridge between customers, sales,
product and engineering teams to ensure the successful sale, onboarding, expansion and renewal of our customers. As a Technical Consultant Intern, you will support live customer implementations alongside senior consultants and solution architects, building AI-powered customer experience automation solutions on the Ushur platform.
You will participate in customer discovery, assist with solution design and configuration, support integrations, and contribute to testing and production readiness. You will receive structured training, mentorship and real project ownership from week one.
This role suits candidates who are early in their career, want hands-on exposure to enterprise AI rather than theory, and are interested in solving business problems in our go-to-market industries of insurance, healthcare and financial services.
