Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of handson experience in Application Production Support.
- Robust ability in production issue debugging, log analysis, and problem isolation in distributed systems.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and understand queries for daytoday analysis and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of database fundamentals, including indexing, transactions, and basic query performance concepts.
- Experience managing production incidents, outages, business communications, and crossteam coordination under timecritical situations.
- Familiarity with ITSM/workflow and scheduling tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, TWS/IWS, or equivalent systems.
- Working knowledge of scripting/programming concepts (Shell, Python, or similar) for automating operational tasks.




- Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

1. Are you willing to work in a rotational shift (Including night & morning shifts) Yes

Regarding shifts. It would be 9 hours shift on weekdays only (in 4 shifts primarily, most frequent being b” and most in-frequent being “a” )

1. 6.30AM TO 3.30PM,
2. 1200Nooon to 9PM
3. 1.30PM to 10.30PM,
4. 3.30PM TO 12.30AM
