Responsibilities: - Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of large-scale systems. Ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable as we grow. - Technical Leadership: Take a lead role in guiding and mentoring junior engineers. Help set coding standards, provide feedback, and foster a culture of technical excellence. - Development: Work hands-on with the development team to build high-quality, reliable software. Contribute to code reviews, write production-level code, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements, set priorities, and deliver quality software on time. - Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to the technical strategy and vision. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and tools to bring creative solutions to the company's challenges. - System Optimization and Performance: Focus on performance tuning, optimizing existing systems,



and addressing technical debt to ensure system efficiency and reliability. - Scalability and Reliability: Ensure that systems are designed with scalability and high availability in mind to support rapid growth. - Problem-Solving: Take ownership of critical technical challenges, solving them in a way that aligns with the overall goals of the company. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience: 4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ year in a technical leadership role.
