Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company communication protocols and data privacy standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.
- Target-oriented mindset with persistence and patience.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
