Job Summary

Accelyst is seeking an
HR Specialist – US Immigration & Compliance
with strong knowledge of
U.S. immigration policies, employment authorization, and compliance requirements
.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting immigration processes for employees and candidates, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating with immigration attorneys/vendors, and managing HR records.
Payroll experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:
The candidate will be required to work
until 1:00 AM IST
to support U.S.



business operations and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support U.S. immigration processes including
H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, OPT/STEM OPT, and Green Card
cases.
- Maintain accurate immigration records, case tracking, and employee documentation.
- Monitor visa and work authorization expirations and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with immigration attorneys, employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Support
I-9, E-Verify, employment authorization, and immigration compliance
activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable U.S. employment and immigration regulations.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including immigration-related requirements.
- Maintain HRIS and personnel records with a high level of confidentiality.
- Prepare immigration and HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes to U.S. immigration policies and communicate relevant
