We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Computer Institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and potential learners, explaining our computer courses, answering queries, and helping students choose the right course according to their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective students and explain available computer courses.
- Provide information about course duration, fees, batches, syllabus, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Respond professionally to student queries through phone calls and messages.
- Invite prospective students for counselling, demo lectures, or institute visits.
- Achieve monthly admission and enquiry conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi/English communication; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with students.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
