- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, subcontractors, workers and vendors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and equipment required at the site.
- Allocate work to workers and contractors and monitor their productivity.
- Check the quality of concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing and other civil works.
- Coordinate with engineers for technical clarifications and site requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly progress reports to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Verify measurements of completed work and coordinate with contractors for billing.
- Identify site issues, delays and quality problems and take corrective action.




- Maintain site records, work progress reports, material records and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with purchase/stores teams for timely availability of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping at the work location.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline, budget and quality requirements.
- Handle coordination with clients, consultants and other stakeholders when required.
- Perform any other site-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
