Key Responsibilities

● Deliver interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, andcorporate etiquette.
● Conduct role plays, group discussions, mock interviews, and presentation practice sessions.
● Mentor and guide learners for interview readiness and skilled workplace behavior.
● Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve confidence and performance.
● Design and implement engaging, activity-based learning modules.
● Monitor learner progress and maintain training reports and performance records.
● Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
● Travel to different branches as required for training delivery.

Required Skills & Experience




● 1- 4 year of experience in Personality Development , Softskill training, or mentoring roles.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Excellent command of spoken and written English.
● Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based training sessions.
● Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
● Willingness to travel between branches when required.
