Role & responsibilities

* Visit assigned retail stores and collect orders

* Punch orders through the sales app and ensure timely fulfilment

* Monitor product availability, merchandising, and refrigerator hygiene

* Ensure cold-chain compliance and report any quality issues

* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth deliveries

* Build long-term retailer relationships and drive repeat orders

* Share market insights, competitor updates, and retailer feedback

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Food & Beverage, or General Trade sales (preferred)

Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with field work, digital reporting, and smartphone apps

Valid two-wheeler and driving licence (mandatory)

Self-motivated, disciplined, and incentive-driven team player
