Role & responsibilities

1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Drive production efficiency and reduce operational downtime through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other relevant automotive standards.

2. Technical Leadership

Lead manufacturing processes for Assembly Line

3. People Management
- Lead and mentor production managers, engineers, and shop-floor teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety awareness.

4. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Implement Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools to enhance productivity and product quality.




- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.

5. Cost Control & Resource Optimization
- Manage budgets for production, maintenance, and manpower effectively.
- Optimize machine utilization, reduce wastage, and improve yield rates.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 15-20 years in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM practices.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
