Job Profile Junior / Sr Engineer (Sports Infrastructure)

Position Summary:

The Junior Engineer will assist in the planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of sports infrastructure projects including cricket grounds, football fields, athletics tracks, tennis courts, drainage systems, and associated civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and contractor work.

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.

• Take site measurements and maintain records.

• Prepare daily progress reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Verify quantities and assist in billing.

• Ensure drawings are followed correctly on site.

• Assist in procurement and material planning.

• Conduct basic surveying and levelling activities.

• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.

Required Skills





• Reading and interpreting civil drawings.

• AutoCAD proficiency.

• Quantity estimation and measurement.

• Site supervision and coordination.

• Basic surveying and levelling.

• MS Excel and reporting skills.

• Vendor and supplier coordination.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 13 years of relevant site experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Sports infrastructure projects.

• Ground development works.

• Drainage and turf-related works.

• Concrete and finishing works.

• Freshers are also welcomed to apply.
