About the Role

We are looking for an articulate, creative, and target-driven Business Development Executive to manage and convert inbound corporate inquiries for our Trophies & Recognition Solutions business.

In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant to corporate clients, understanding their recognition requirements and collaborating with the design team to create customized trophy and award solutions. You will own the complete sales cycle—from initial inquiry to proposal, design coordination, negotiation, and successful order closure.

Candidates should have prior experience in Sales & marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify incoming corporate leads, inquiries, and RFQs for customized trophies, awards, and recognition products.
- Understand client requirements, event themes, budgets, and branding guidelines to recommend suitable trophy concepts and materials such as acrylic, metal, wood, crystal, and mixed-media designs.
- Coordinate with the in-house design team to translate client requirements into customized mock-ups, presentations, and prototypes.




- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and cost estimates for corporate clients.
- Present product concepts and customized solutions to HR professionals, procurement teams, event managers, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business for employee recognition programs, annual awards, sales incentives, and corporate events.
- Handle negotiations related to pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Track sales opportunities, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, production, and delivery of customer orders.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process.
