Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive Technology, Product, and Campus/University Hiring at MoveInSync. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in tech recruitment along with proven expertise in building campus and early-career talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Tech & Product hiring across Engineering, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product Management and related functions.

Own and execute the Campus & University Hiring strategy, including internships, graduate hiring and conversion programs.

Build talent pipelines through Well-found, Hirst, Uplers, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, communities and campus partnerships.

Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy and talent requirements.

Build relationships with Tier 1/2 engineering colleges and placement teams.





Drive employer branding initiatives across technology and campus talent pools.

Track and improve key hiring metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness and quality of hire.

Mentor recruiters and drive scalable, data-driven and technology-enabled recruitment practices.

Requirements

7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a SaaS/Product/Technology organization.

Strong experience in Tech & Product hiring.

Proven Campus/University/Early Careers recruitment experience.

Robust stakeholder management and sourcing skills.

Experience managing multiple hiring priorities and delivering against aggressive timelines.

Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
