This role owns everything that gets a guest to walk up to the restaurant social, events, creator partnerships, aggregator visibility, and reputation.

Key responsibilities

Social & content
- Own the content calendar across Instagram and Google Business Profile — reels, stories, carousels, and event announcements
- Brief and coordinate professional shoots for menu launches and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain a usable content bank so the page never goes quiet during a slow week

Events & footfall
- Build the monthly event calendar with the GM — screenings, DJ nights, ladies' nights, brunches, festive properties
- Handle promotion end to end: creatives, ticketing or cover-charge communication, RSVP collection, and pre-event follow-up
- Coordinate with hosts, artists, and event partners on deliverables and cross-promotion
- Track ticket sales and walk-ins against spend, and report what worked

Creators, partnerships & outreach
- Run creator and influencer seeding — shortlist, negotiate barter or paid terms, brief on messaging, and verify deliverables actually go live




- Build corporate and society tie-ups across the Noida catchment for weekday covers and private bookings
- Pursue local PR and listing features

Aggregator & discovery
- Manage the Zomato, Swiggy, Dineout, and EazyDiner presence — imagery, menu accuracy, offers, banners, and campaign participation
- Keep Google Business Profile current: photos, timings, posts, Q&A;
- Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms; escalate service issues to the GM with specifics, not summaries

Reporting
- Weekly report on reach, engagement, follower growth, review ratings, event performance, and spend
- Monthly view of marketing cost against covers and revenue

Requirements
- Graduate in marketing, mass communication, or equivalent — or a portfolio robust enough to make the degree irrelevant
- 2–4 years in F&B;, hospitality, nightlife, or a hospitality-focused agency
