Warehouse Management
- Oversee daily operations: Supervise inbound receiving, product placement, and stock movement.
- Optimize space: Design warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity and efficiency.
- Control inventory: Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate tracking in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain equipment: Inspect and schedule upkeep for forklifts, pallets, and other facility machinery.
- Enforce safety: Implement workplace safety protocols, cleanliness guidelines, and security measures.

Dispatch & Logistics Management
- Coordinate fulfillment: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and sorting of customer orders.
- Route planning: Build effective delivery schedules to minimize transit time and transportation costs.
- Carrier management: Coordinate with external transport companies, couriers, and internal drivers.
- Documentation: Verify all shipping manifests, invoices, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.
- Issue resolution: Handle transit delays, delivery errors, and customer product returns promptly.
