- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.
- Explain required service, repairs, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Identify additional repair/service requirements and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
- Prepare and explain service estimates and final invoices.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and ensure all customer complaints are addressed.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department for required spare parts.
- Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
