Engineering & Packing Machine Assembly – Purchase Responsibilities
- Purchase engineering components required for packing machine assembly.

Source and develop vendors for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation parts.

Purchase items such as:
- Study BOM, drawings and technical specifications before purchasing.
- Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and negotiate price, quality and delivery.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Stores and Quality departments for material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of critical machine components.
- Ensure purchased material matches approved specifications/drawings.
- Coordinate inspection of incoming engineering materials.
- Maintain supplier records,



quotation comparison, PO and purchase documentation.
- Develop alternate vendors to reduce cost and avoid production stoppage.
- Monitor lead time, rejection, quality and supplier performance.
- Handle urgent breakdown and production-related purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper inventory levels for critical/regular engineering components.
- Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
