Job Title : *Jr. VoIP Developer (0.6 - 1 Year)*

Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and maintaining VoIP applications using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or other SIP-based platforms.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, extensions, IVRs, call routing, and telephony services.
- Develop and maintain backend modules and REST APIs for VoIP applications.
- Support integration of third-party communication services such as Twilio, Telnyx, and SIP providers.
- Monitor VoIP systems, identify issues, and assist in resolving production incidents.
- Debug SIP signaling, RTP streams, codec issues, and media-related problems under senior developer guidance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions.
- Continuously learn emerging VoIP technologies and contribute to process improvements.





Technical RequirementsVoIP Technologies
- Basic understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and IP Telephony concepts.
- Familiarity with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or any open-source PBX platform.
- Understanding of IVR, extensions, SIP trunks, call routing, and DTMF.

Programming Skills
- Good knowledge of Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Understanding of JavaScript and REST API development.
- Basic knowledge of asynchronous programming concepts.
- Familiarity with JSON, HTTP, and API integrations.

Database Knowledge
- Basic experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of CRUD operations and SQL queries.

Linux & DevOps
- Basic Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Basic understanding of Docker is an advantage.

Troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of SIP logs and call flow.
- Familiarity with tools such as sngrep, Wireshark, or tcpdump is a plus.
