Job Responsibilities
Must have
- Participate in PEx. consulting assignments
- Identify and mentor Six Sigma and Lean projects
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping/Process Mapping
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/ 27001 standards
- Drive process improvement activities
- Lead business transformation initiatives
- Promote and drive the Six Sigma culture and initiatives
- Mentor Green Belt trainees
- Recommend new/improvements to delivery models
- Manage large scale transformation engagements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Criteria
Must have
- Six Sigma Green/ Black belt certification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in process excellence
- Experience in large scale transformation engagements
- Positive understanding of Lean Six Sigma Analysis tools
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/27001 compliance

- Proven track record of mentoring and developing teams
