We’re Hiring – BDE Trainee / Business Development Executive (Fresher)

What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Identify and generate potential leads for IT services such as Web, Mobile, Software, SaaS & Cloud
- Prospect through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms
- Connect with international clients across the US, UK, Europe & Middle East
- Learn how to pitch, negotiate, prepare proposals, and close deals
- Assist in managing the complete sales cycle – Lead → Pitch → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure
- Work closely with senior team members and learn practical B2B & IT services sales
- Work towards achieving monthly targets and business development goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 year experience / Freshers are welcome
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Solid interest in Sales, Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Target-oriented with a growth and achievement mindset
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and online platforms is a plus
