Performance Marketer

About the Role

Mobyink Innovations is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can take ownership of high-budget digital advertising campaigns and drive measurable business results.

We are looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running ads — it is about generating quality sales, controlling acquisition costs, scaling campaigns and consistently improving ROAS.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing sales/conversion campaigns, large advertising budgets, multiple campaigns and parameters simultaneously, and the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize performance marketing and sales campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant channels.
- Handle and optimize large advertising budgets with a robust focus on profitability and scalability.
- Take ownership of key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC/CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, AOV and overall revenue.




- Work towards maintaining and improving ROAS targets, ideally in the 3X–8X+ range wherever commercially achievable, depending on the campaign, product, market and budget.
- Manage multiple campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, funnels and targeting parameters simultaneously.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling, optimization and cost reduction.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy, offers, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and identify what is driving or hurting performance.
- Build and execute strategies for campaign scaling without compromising efficiency.
- Monitor daily spends, conversions, revenue and profitability to ensure budgets are being utilized effectively.
