You'll play a key role in shaping the technical design and architecture of our Salesforce Services Solutions, ensuring they align with Alstom's core model and business strategy. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including ERP, Engineering, and Digital), support the development and rollout of Salesforce applications, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing and implementing technical designs, as well as supporting the delivery of Salesforce Services Core Model evolutions, but also provide technical expertise to operations teams when needed.

- Managing and implementing the technical design of Salesforce Service solutions in alignment with business strategies
- Ensuring the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model is well-documented and consistent
- Presenting analysis and detailed solution documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Leading development, packaging, and release management activities
- Supporting the rollout of Salesforce applications and ensuring adherence to the Core Model
- Collaborating with internal and external IST partners to deliver high-quality projects on time
