We are seeking a versatile leader to fill a dual-impact role as a Business Systems Analyst and

Project Manager, specifically focused on spearheading our Conversational AI and

automation initiatives.

What will you be doing day to day?

As a hybrid BSA and Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs

and next-generation AI solutions. Your focus will be on streamlining operations across Sales,

Recruiting, Payroll, Billing, and Finance through intelligent automation.
- Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Conversational AI projects, from

initial discovery and scoping to final deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary bridge between business users and

technical developers, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Requirement Translation: Work with business users to define automation opportunities





and translate those requirements into actionable technical tasks for developers.
- Quality & Testing: Lead Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate

that Conversational AI tools meet business needs and deliver a high-quality user

experience.
- Adoption & Training: Create user guides, lead training sessions, and provide go-live

support to ensure the smooth adoption of new AI tools across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather post-implementation feedback to optimize features

and improve the performance of our AI models and automation workflows.

Your Experience:
- Qualified Background: 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Project Manager,

specifically supporting system implementations or process automation.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,

Computer Science, or a related field.
