- 5–10 years in manned guarding/security operations
- Experience handling 500–1,500+ guards
- Multi-site operations across Bangalore
- Solid knowledge of PSARA, labour compliance, PF/ESI, wages and deployment
- Client handling and retention experience
- Guard recruitment and replacement management
- Shift/roster planning
- Surprise inspections and site audits
- Incident investigation and reporting
- CCTV, access control and basic security technology
- Good English + Kannada + Hindi
- Comfortable travelling throughout Bangalore
- Preferably ex-Army/Navy/Air Force/CAPF, but not mandatory
