Position: Play School Teacher

About the Role

Little Leaders Malviya Nagar is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and responsible Play School Teacher who can create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for preschool children.
- Develop children’s language, communication, cognitive, social, emotional, fine-motor and gross-motor skills.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, music & movement, art & craft, sensory play and activity-based learning.
- Maintain a positive, caring and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe children’s development and share meaningful feedback with parents.
- Maintain classroom routines, hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure proper supervision and care of children throughout the school day.
- Maintain basic academic records, activity sheets and classroom documentation.




- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and the school management.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent interactions and other activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT, ECCE, Montessori or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant preschool/play school teaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring and energetic personality.
- Comfortable working with children aged approximately 2–6 years.
- Creative and enthusiastic about activity-based learning.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Presentable, punctual and professional.
- Passion for early childhood education is essential.
