The Role:

A senior FP&A; CoE leadership role responsible for owning and optimising global FP&A; processes, driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, managing change and delivery priorities, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and leading a team to ensure effective, standardised, and strategically aligned planning processes.

Accountabilities:

Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Drive the design, coordination, and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across global FP&A; processes, taking ownership of the FP&A; transformation journey and ensuring successful transition from the Transformation team to the target operating model.




- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, developing and implementing strategies that optimise workflows, streamline operations, and strengthen overall process effectiveness.
Prioritise change initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements while monitoring outcomes to validate success and realise long-term perks.

Oversee change implementation and stakeholder communication

Develop and execute change implementation plans, track progress and risks, communicate updates to stakeholders, coordinate smooth adoption across FP&A; teams, and ensure business requirements are effectively aligned, prioritised, and delivered through strong cross-functional collaboration.
