About the Role

We're hiring a Sales / Business Development skilled to drive new customer acquisition for Zobsai. This is a high ownership role. You'll be finding and reaching out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and hiring managers, understanding their hiring bottlenecks, and showing them how Zobsai solves them. This role requires someone who can actively scout and build a pipeline of target companies from scratch, whether through established industry contacts, cold calling,



or consistent outbound outreach. This is not a role for someone who waits for inbound leads. The ideal candidate has already worked in a sales or business development role within the recruiting or HR tech industry, selling similar products or services to a similar audience, and can speak the buyer's language from day one.

What You'll Do:
- Actively scout and identify potential customers such as HR teams, TA leaders, staffing agencies, and recruitment consultancies, and build a lead list from the ground up.
- Reach out through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and any other channel needed to open conversations with decision makers.
- Run product demos and clearly communicate how Zobsai simplifies resume screening, assignment evaluation, and interview scheduling.
- Understand each prospect's current hiring workflow and tailor the pitch to their specific pain points.
