We are looking for a motivated Safety Officer Trainee to support our project teams in maintaining a secure and compliant construction site. The candidate will receive practical exposure to construction safety procedures, site inspections, safety documentation, and worker awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Assist in ensuring proper use of PPE by workers and site staff.
- Support daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
- Assist in monitoring work-at-height, electrical, excavation, lifting, and other high-risk activities.
- Report safety hazards, near misses, and incidents to the concerned authority.
- Assist in maintaining safety registers, checklists, inspection reports, and other documentation.
- Support emergency drills, fire safety activities, and first-aid preparedness.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors,



and workers regarding safety requirements.
- Follow and promote company safety policies and applicable safety standards.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and learn practical safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
