Responsibilities
- Process Development Developing and optimizing flow chemistry processes using flow reactors to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Experimental Execution Carrying out practical laboratory experiments while demonstrating a high level of proficiency in organic chemistry.
- Documentation Ensuring all research and experimental work is fully and accurately documented within e-Lab notebooks.
- Cross-functional Coordination Collaborating with ARD, DQA, IPR, RA, and SCM teams to ensure comprehensive project support and resource management.
- Safety & Risk Management Conducting thorough risk analyses and strictly maintaining safety precautions to ensure a secure working workplace.
