Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on experience in hospital MEP and engineering operations.
- Experience in electrical systems, DG, LT panels, HVAC and MGPS.
- Knowledge of fire-fighting systems, fire audits and fire safety compliance.
- Exposure to OT engineering, WTP, RO, STP and ETP operations.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to supervise technicians, contractors and day-to-day engineering activities.
- Exposure to NABH requirements and hospital safety standards will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day electrical and MEP maintenance activities.
2. Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical hospital systems.
3. Monitor DG, LT panels, HVAC, MGPS and other MEP installations.
4.



Ensure functionality and safety of fire-fighting and fire alarm systems.
5. Coordinate maintenance of OT, WTP, RO, STP and ETP systems.
6. Conduct/coordinate fire audits, safety checks and emergency preparedness.
7. Manage engineering technicians, vendors and service contractors.
8. Maintain engineering records, checklists and preventive maintenance schedules.
9. Ensure compliance with hospital safety, statutory and NABH requirements.
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
