Customer Support – L2 / L3 | International Voice Process

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Customer Support – L2/L3 role in an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relevant international voice experience, and the ability to handle customer queries and escalations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through an International Voice Process.
- Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle complex customer issues and escalations at L2/L3 level.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting defined SLAs and quality targets.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience:



1–3+ years of experience – Mandatory
- Prior experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills – C1 level quality preferred.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling escalations and complex customer queries.
- Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Salary

₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA CTC

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

We are looking for candidates with strong International Voice Process experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to handle customer escalations at an L2/L3 level.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
