Role: Assembly- CNC / VMC Machines ( Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience : 0-5 years( CNC/VMC/Machine Tool assembly experience preferred )

CTC : 20K - 30K per month + Other Advantages

Category : Direct Onroll staff

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical/Mechanical

Role & responsibilities;
- Perform mechanical/electrical assembly of CNC/VMC machines as per engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and procedures.
- Mechanical: Assemble and align machine structures, guideways, ball screws, spindle, servo motors, bearings, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and coolant systems.
- Electrical: Assemble and wire control panels, CNC controllers, servo/spindle drives, motors, sensors, switches and other electrical components.
- Perform machine alignment, leveling, wiring checks, testing and trial runs.




- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and support machine commissioning and installation.
- Follow quality, safety and 5S standards and support improvements in assembly efficiency.

Technical Skills:
- CNC/VMC machine assembly and machine-tool knowledge.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T; and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and machine alignment.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC, PLC, servo drives and sensors.
- Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi / Syntec knowledge is an advantage.
