We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, build strong client relationships, and support business growth through cross-selling and telesales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services.
- Conduct telesales calls and follow up on leads.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Update customer records and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Telesales, or Sales.
- Knowledge of cross-selling and telesales processes.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Work Location: Porur, Chennai.
