Position: Ice Cream Shop Staff / Crew Member

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain ice cream flavours, menu items, and offers to customers.
- Prepare and serve ice creams and other menu items.
- Handle cash and UPI payments accurately.
- Keep the counter, tables, and shop area clean and hygienic.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the manager when supplies are running low.
- Record daily sales and stock details.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve them quickly.
- Assist with opening and closing the shop.
- Follow all hygiene and food-safety standards.

Requirements
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an ice cream shop, café, or food-service business is an advantage.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
