Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets - Ability to establish the appropriate business contact in an organization and close the business deal. - Generate leads and cold call prospective customers - Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone - Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives - Think strategically and set goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Develop and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline in accordance with the sales plan. - Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors - Develop business sales and marketing strategy. - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.



- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support - Build long-term relationships with recent and existing customers - Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople - Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role - Demonstrating confidently about the Company and its product offerings to the clients and smartly probing the client about their requirements. - To be able to comb through and gauge quickly the client requirements during every interaction and improvise the sales approach in accordance at every step. - To do adequate research about a prospect and gather relevant information prior to making an impactful sales pitch to a client. - To formulate monthly, quarterly, half-yearly sales plans in line with the sales quota as allotted. - To follow-up with clients as per the timelines as agreed for the next sales discussions. - To be on top of competition off
