Primary Skills ( Must have hands on Experience):
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM configuration and support.
- 5+ years of experience in Veeva Align including roster and territory setup, alignment execution, and planning cycle support.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Offshore Technical Lead with proven experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Align to lead solution delivery and support for key pharmaceutical clients. The role requires deep domain expertise in life sciences commercial operations, technical proficiency in Veeva product configuration, and the ability to manage module-level responsibilities independently within a global delivery model.As a Module Lead, you will act as a bridge between onsite stakeholders and the offshore delivery team.



You will be accountable for gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions, and overseeing the delivery of Veeva CRM and Align modules. This includes managing system configurations, integrations, UAT support, and deployment activities in compliance with industry regulations like GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

This role requires solid analytical and communication skills to work closely with business teams, IT counterparts, and other team members. You will also contribute to solution accelerators, reusable assets, and knowledge management to support practice-level growth and delivery excellence.
